What is a digital planner?
A digital planner is a digital version of a traditional paper planner that can be used on electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or computers. It typically includes features such as calendar view, task lists, and note-taking, and can be used to organize and manage schedule, appointments, tasks, and notes.
Some digital planners also include additional features such as tracking expenses, goal setting, and habit tracking. It can be accessed through apps, downloadable software, or online web-based applications.
What devices and apps will work with Ivory products?
Our planners and products have been thoroughly tested and used on popular digital note-taking apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, and Noteshelf on an iPad with an Apple Pencil.
However, our planners are essentially interactive PDF files that can be used on any device or app that supports the annotation of PDF files using a stylus.

Will a physical item be shipped to me?
No. Currently, our shop only offers DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will have immediate access to download the files you have bought.
How to download the files that I purchased?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a download link for you to access and download the files that you have purchased.
Do your planners sync with Google Calendar or other apps?
No, digital planners work similarly to traditional paper planners in that you need to manually enter your schedule, tasks, and notes by writing or typing them in.
Can I set reminders, or notifications to popup with your planners?
No, the concept behind digital planners is to replicate the experience of using a traditional pen-to-paper planner which includes the intentional need to consult your planner regularly to review your schedule or important dates, rather than automating the process through sync with other apps.
When will I get a response to my message?
Although I make every effort to respond to your messages in a timely manner, please be aware of time zone differences.

Can I return or exchange your products?
Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

When you make a purchase, you are granted a limited, revocable license to print or download the files for your personal, non-commercial use only.
